Stephen Sellers, a seasoned California Licensed Real Estate Agent, has purchased, renovated and managed real estate holdings for over 45 years. In 2003,  along with his son Benjamin founded Pacific West Design Group oversees the sales and construction of residential and commercial projects, throughout Southern California and Nashville.

 

Stephen began his career in Banking and Lending.  He has over 35 years’ experience working directly with lenders, loss mitigation and bank foreclosure departments.  As director of Business Development for two major Savings and Loans, Michael grew his book of business to a staggering 2 billion in total assets. 

 

Stephen runs the real estate and foreclosure negotiation division of the Pacific West Design Group .  His true passion is helping people find undervalued property and then sell their home for as much money as possible.  

 

He says one of his greatest joys in life is making home ownership possible for families that normally wouldn't be able to purchase.
