BENJAMIN

 

Benjamin Mckinley Sellers, is a licensed California Class B Contractor and California Licensed Real Estate Broker has purchased, renovated and managed real estate holdings for over 21 years. In 2001, Benjamin along with his father Stephen founded Pacific West Financial, Inc., DBA  Pacific West Design Group oversees the sales and construction of residential and commercial projects, with offices in West Los Angeles Beverly Hills, and Nashville.

 

Benjamin started buying and renovating property when he was a teenager.  He purchased his first home at 19 years old.  After renovations, he sold it a year later for a $35,000 profit and immediately became hooked on buying and selling real estate. 

 

Benjamin has two BS degrees from the University of Southern California.  One in Finance.  The other in Structural Engineering.  While attending USC, Benjamin wrote a business plan on real estate investing and development.  To pay for school, Benjamin worked for a major Construction company running a framing crew and he started fixing and flipping homes on the side.  In 2002, Cahner's Publishing approached Benjamin to publish a book (The Los Angeles Home Book), to help residents of Los Angeles, design, build, decorate, luxury property in the Greater Los Angeles Area.  Benjamin took his knowledge of residential construction and developed a "must have" guide to building luxury property.

 

Benjamin now runs the Construction, Design, and Development division of the Pacific West Design Group .   Benjamin's true passion is taking a concept and turning it into someone's dream home.
